Warranty on Aftermarket Products
MKWireless warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship (normal wear and tear, fading and stretching excepted), for 12 months from the date of purchase, except as provided below under the limited warranty.

In the event of a defect in material or workmanship covered by this warranty, MKWireless will repair or replace, at its discretion, the defected product within a reasonable amount of time. We reserve the right to require damaged parts to be returned to us upon request. We cannot warrant against scratching or scuffing, as that is subject to blemishes with use. MK Wireless warranties it products against defects in material and workmanship while owned by the “original purchaser”.  “Original Purchases” is defined as that party or entity which purchases products from an authorized MKWireless as shown by the original sales receipt or PayPal payment authorization number.


Warranty on Orginal Equipment for a Manufactuer (OEM)
If there are defects, or appear to be missing contents for any product that is considered to be OEM, such as products manufactured by Motorola, Samsung, LG, etc., then these are covered by the Manufacturer and not MKWireless. MKWireless does not exchange or replace original equipment which is considered to be defective. For these instances, please refer to the website of the original manufacturer for support on defective OEM items. If, for any reason, you need help in contacting a particular manufacturer, contact customer service at customerservice@MKWireless.com,
The warranty information pertaining to most OEM items can usually be found on the packaging that the products originally came within.
